1. Business Identity

2. Product Accuracy & Availability
We strive for absolute precision in our catalog. However, technical specifications, MSRP pricing, and inventory levels are subject to real-time adjustments from our manufacturing partners. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel orders if inventory is no longer available.

3. Cancellation Policy
Due to our high-efficiency automation, orders move into the "In Process" state very quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted before our 2:00 PM local cut-off. Once an order has reached the "Shipment" phase, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Standard Return Procedure (ordering error fees apply).
