4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Distribution Partnership: Kiara Smart partners with Randmar, a premier Canadian distributor, to fulfill and ship our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipping information will be shared with Randmar solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Risk of Loss: All items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is critical to our mission.

  • Standard Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact info@kiarasmart.com.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

Kiara Smart and our partners (including Randmar) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
